As Academemic Development Adviser, I coordinate the PGCAP course 'Intercultural Learning and Teaching in HE', as well as the 'Introduction to Learning and Teaching in HE' (ILTHE) for new GTAs and PhD tutors. I contribute to the RET accreditation framework as tutor, marker and reviewer. I am co-convener of the Teaching Excellence Network (TNE) and co-led the UofG Decolonising the Curriculum Community of Practice during the academic year 2022-23.
