Dr. Arthur L Burton III started his journey in Education after running for the office of City Council in New York City in 2005. Arthur helped organize a Community Action Network that focused on literacy in Harlem, NY. Due to his hard work and commitment to the literacy program, Arthur was named Vice Chairman of the board in 2006. Two years after working as the Vice Chairman of the Board, Arthur decided he lacked Education by only having a diploma in Computer Network Engineering and began studying Education and Theology. Arthur started his College education, receiving his Bachelor of the Arts in Business Administration, then a Master of the Arts in Education from Ashford University. Arthur's journey started by using online Education as a resource in 2013 to become educated while pursuing his second Doctoral degree in Education. Arthur is currently a retired EMT (Ground Zero EMS 1st responder), Technologist, and educator at Suffolk Public Schools.
