This repository contains all R-scripts and respective data needed to reproduce the methods, results and figures of the manuscript Relative humidity determines long-term biocrust-forming lichen survival under climate change by Selina Baldauf, Philipp Porada, José Raggio, Fernando T. Maestre and Britta Tietjen.
R-Scripts are provided in RMarkdown format and as html with embedded results and figures to be read in a web browser. If you want to reproduce the results please download the repository and open the project file *.Rproj file in R-Studio. From there all analysis can be run locally. For any questions regarding this projects or if you need assistance running the analyses please contact Selina Baldauf
