Dr. Rouhollah Khodabandelou is an Assistant Professor of Educational Technology at the HELP University, Malaysia. He received his BA and MSc from Arak University, Iran. Rouhollah completed his PhD at UPM, Malaysia. His research interests lie in technology implementation in education, community of inquiry, social, teaching, and cognitive presence. In recent years, he has focused on online and blended learning environments, and research tools. He has published journal articles in the field and has presented several papers in international conferences. Dr. Rouhollah also served as international conference program committee, journal editorial board, and conference committee member. Rouhollah has taught computer applications in education, production and application of instructional materials, selection and utilization of instructional materials, production of instructional films and other related courses on both undergraduate and graduate programs.
