Linda Henderson

Senior Lecturer Early Years (Early childhood education)

Monash University, Clayton, Australia

Dr Linda Henderson is a Senioir Lecturer, Early Years in the Faculty of Education at Monash University. Her research is focused on Early Years teachers and their work and learning. Employing feminist poststructuralist methodologies, she is particularly interested in exploring intersections between institutional cultures, the impact of reform measures and policy implementation, and the effects these have on the everyday work of teachers. Her research has a strong focus on issues of social justice and equity and so she is also interested in how collaborative research methods can open up new ways of working for teachers and teacher educators.
