Gelareh Salehi is PhD student at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Dept. Marketing). In her current doctoral thesis, she studies consumers' reaction to the notion of innovative and ethical issues, specifically, Following Vegan Diet (FVD) drawing on behavioral change theories. Gelareh has a bachelor’s in economics and a master’s in marketing. Her interested research lines are Consumer Behavior Research, specifically in food-related behaviors such as vegan, sustainable & healthy diets.
