This fileset comprises data from Bandla et al. study where we assembled metagenomes from the phytobiomes of three urban farmed leafy Asian greens. Using the assembled metagenomes, we reconstructed nearly a thousand non-redundant MAGs spanning the bacterial and archaeal domains.
