R scripts for SIBER analysis and Graphs

These are the R and Rmd (R markdown) scripts used for the analysis to the submitted paper:

Benthic trophic interactions in an Antarctic shallow water ecosystem affected by recent glacier retreat (2015) F. Pasotti, L. A. Saravia, M. De Troch, M. S. Tarantelli, R. Sahade, and A. Vanreusel.

 

Description of main files:

Siber.Rmd: R markdown file used for the analysis and figures of the complete original data.

Siber_wout_MT2-poly.Rmd: Small modifications to analyze a data set without some outliers of the same data.

Pasotti.dat: original data used in the analysis
