These files comprise the final database used for the analyses of the results described in the paper "

PARANA STATE'S STRATEGIC AREAS FOR BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION INCLUDE THE MAJORITY OF THREATENED PLANT SPECIES IN THE MOST DEGRADED PHYTOGEOGRAPHIC UNITS." To be published by Sampaio et al. (2022) in Rodriguesia.

File 1 File represents the compilation of herbarium collections of the phytogeographic regions of interest (Mixed Ombrophylous Forest, Cerrado, and Campos) in the State of Paraná that was the basis for the main results of the study.

File 2 Based on records in the SpeciesLink and Reflora databases of herbarium collections, here is a list of all threatened species in Paraná state. We compiled this list using the CNCFlora (site) list, the red list for Paraná State, and all records of these species gathered from these two databases of herbaria, and verified the records of these species in Paraná state. It is important to note that we accepted all records without verifying whether they were correctly identified by a specialist.

File 3 We have compiled a list of all threatened species in the study area based on SpeciesLink and Reflora collection records, which contain general information verified by experts.

File 4 Here you will find the main results of the paper, containing the record points of threatened species that occur in the study area, as well as their distribution polygons, as well as the excel tables and CVs for each point.

File 5 These are the shapefiles of the phytogeographic regions of the study area.

File 6 These are the shapefiles of the strategic areas for biodiversity conservation in Paraná.
