Wavelet methods for well-balanced shallow water over topography

Wavelet-based adaptivity is introduced into one-dimensional finite volume and discontinuous Galerkin shallow water solvers that includes well-balancing with wetting/drying properties. The wavelet-based adaptivity formulation preserves these robust properties with an aggressively coarsened mesh.
