The Pixelman to Mafalda conversion workflow

The workflow for converting Timepix data in the Pixelman software [1] file format into the Mafalda ROOT file format using the Px2Mf-converter tool. The directory containing the Pixelman data files and DSC files (detector settings) is specified with the [inputPath] argument, the run ID with the [runID] argument, and the output directory for the Mafalda ROOT file with the [outputPath] argument.
