Electrophoretic cytopathology resolves ERBB2 forms with single-cell resolution

This is the supplementary files of the paper entitled "Electrophoretic cytopathology resolves ERBB2 forms with single-cell resolution" published in npj Precision Oncology. All the raw image data from single-cell western blots are uploaded here. Each data folder is from one slide and include images from all the immunoprobed protein targets. The description in each folder lists out the protein targets and their corresponding fluorescence channels. Similar information is encoded on the image file name (date_sample name_protein marker_fluorescence channel).
