Several hub genes RXRG, PPARG, FABP6, OLR1, MMP1, FABP3, LPL and ADIPOQ in PPAR pathway were identified to be differential expressed in marjolin ulcer by transcriptome analysis, and their mRNA expression in marjolin ulcer tissues and para-cancerous scar tissues were determined using quantitative RT-PCR.
