Data was collected through microsatellite genotyping of single-spored Venturia inaequalis genomic DNA using six published SSR loci (1ct1g, EmVi10, vitc2/D, 1tc1a, Vitg11/70 andVitg9/129) in an Applied Biosystems capillary machine - ABI 3130XL Genetic Analyzer andsizing was conducted using Gene Mapper 3.0TM (ABI PRISM®) [as described in Koopman, T.
