Videos illustrating that CRISPR-liposome mediated mutagenesis of Arh-rol-6.1 (a homologue of the cuticle collagen gene rol-6 in C. elegans) results in a distinct right roller phenotype.
The phenotype is apparent in the P0 nematode
(CRISPR-Arh-rol-6_1_P0) and is faithfully inherited by all the F1 and F2 progeny (CRISPR-Arh-rol-6_1_F2_from_single_F1_line1 and CRISPR-Arh-rol-6_1_F2_from_single_F1_line2). This roller movement contrasts with the the sinusoidal pattern of movement of wild-type A. rhodensis nematodes (WT_mixed_population).
