Excel document of data generated from TMT-labelled mass spectrometry analysis of 72 white European and south Asian men with either normal glycaemic control or non-diabetic hyperglycaemia (n=18 in each group)

The information is separated into rank 1 and rank 2 proteins. Rank 1 denotes proteins found in all samples analysed, rank 2 denotes those that were not found in all samples.

Data presented for both ranks of proteins includes the average relative abundance of each proteins with corresponding fold-changes between groups and significance of difference based on independent samples T-test. The relative abundance of each protein for all samples is also presented stratified in four groups.
