DCM3_Pulmonary_35

A de-identified cardiac CT volume images stored in DICOM format with 512 x 512 pixels in the axial direction with a slice thickness of 0.8mm. This volume contains 354 image sections, with a voxel size of 0.38 x 0.38 x 0.40 mm. These exams were taken on a Philips iCT 256-slice scanner with 35% contrast dye. Annotations were created for the arteries, including the aorta, superior vena cava, pulmonary veins, atria, and ventricles. Each structure was labeled with an integer identifying the segmentation as belonging to a specific structure.
