PPATHOGENS-D-16-01579_Metabolomics data summary and raw GCMS data files

The zipped file contains a summary of stable isotope labelling of P. berghei parasites throughout blood stage and mosquito stage development using uniformly labelled glucose and glutamine as carbon sources. It also contains raw GCMS data files generated in the study along with a key to navigate the sample files. These files are submitted along with the manuscript titled 'Stage-specific changes in Plasmodium metabolism required for differentiation and adaptation to different host and vector environments' (PPATHOGENS-D-16-01579).
