Genotyps of SNPs in TAP gene of TB patients and controls

The dataset contains the genotyps of 8 SNPs in TAP1 and TAP2 gene of tuberculosis patients and controls. And these data was used to analyze the association between TAP gene polymorphisms and tuberculosis suceptibility.
