The datasets of the warming experiment in Mohe site, the synthesized warming experiment sites and the comparison in evapotranspiration between sphagnum/moss and vascular plants in the northern peatlands have been collected in the “Site datasets.xlsx”. Computer codes used to analyze the data in this study, including random forest, partial correlation analysis, etc., have been collected in “R code.r”.
Satellite and eddy-covariance flux datasets are available from public sources, which are used in the paper “Warming-induced VPD suppression on vegetation growth diminished in the northern peatlands”. The “tif” datasets of the “Partial correlation GOSIFGPP-VPMGPP-VPD-Ta-Radiation-Precipitation-Wind speed-CO2” and the “Partial correlation FLUXCOMGPP-VPD-Ta-Radiation-Precipitation-Wind speed” were used for the partial correlation analysis. The “tif” datasets of the “Trend Ta VPD RH Year” were used for the temporal changes in the trends of Ta, RH, and VPD.
