Supplementary Dataset: Investigating 1C Metabolism Micronutrients in Atlantic Salmon Feed through RNA-seq and RRBS Analysis

Three groups of Atlantic salmon were fed with graded levels of one-carbon metabolism micronutrients, which include methionine, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), folate (vitamin B9), and cobalamin (vitamin B12). Liver samples were collected at final stage of the expriment (day 220).

The dataset contains the following 7 Excel files with annotated RNA-seq and RRBS results.
