Once unzipped, the folder structure will look as follow:
- data/ [raw data and intermediate results]
- img/ [all plots in the manuscript]
- scripts/ [source code]
To compute all intermediate results load the preprocess.R script and run function preprocessAll(). Note, this step is computationally intensive and might require several hours.
To compute statistics in the manuscript, run all the functions from analysis.R
To plot all graphs in the manuscript, run all the functions from figures.R
