Identify age-related changes in intercellular communication between the mammary gland of 3 and 18-month-old mice in the Tabula Muris Senis dataset

Processed Tabula Muris Senis data 'Mammary_Gland_droplet.h5ad' is downloaded from figshare (https://figshare.com/projects/Tabula_Muris_Senis/64982). We extracted 3 and 18-month-old mammary gland cells and normalized each expression profile by total number of unique molecular identifiers and then rescaled by multiplying by 1,000,000.
