Dataset of Evaluating ESL Teachers' Implementing Classroom-based Assessment: Malaysian Context

This dataset describes three variables, Knowledge of Pedagogy, Teachers' Conception of Assessment (CoA), and Teacher Perception of grading Practices (TGP), that may affect teacher practices of Classroom-based Assessment (CBA) during ESL class teaching and learning sessions. Primary data was retrieved from 338 Malaysian ESL secondary school teachers. The examination of the data was mainly conducted through the procedures of content validity index (CVI) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA).
