Datasets for manuscripts "A general method to quantify ligand-driven oligomerization from fluorescence-based images" and "Reply to “Molecular Brightness analysis of GPCR oligomerization in the presence of spatial heterogeneity”

A subset of this data was also used in a second publication "Reply to "Molecular Brightness analysis of GPCR oligomerization in the presence of spatial heterogeneity"

Data are organized into folders according to figure panel number, and each folder is labeled accordingly. Each folder contains the fluorescence images used to generate the corresponding FIF spectrum, as well as a file containing the regions of interest (ROI) drawn for that particular dataset. Each ROI in the ROIset file is labeled with the name of the correpsonding image file it was drawn on.
