File S1 contains Supplemental Materials and Methods and associated references. File S2 contains legends for Tables S1-S3. File S3 contains annotated copies of all custom code written to generate, analyze, or visualize data in the associated article and materials. Figure S1 presents adult viability data for total (i.e. not sex-separated) progeny. Figure S2 demonstrates that Atx2, but not Nab2, localizes robustly to mushroom body axons. Figure S3 identifies and visualizes enrichment values for additional Nab2- and Atx2-associated transcripts, while Figure S4 contains GO analysis results for transcripts sets found to associate with only Nab2 or only Atx2. Table S1 describes exact software names, parameters, and version numbers used in RIP-Seq analyses. Table S2 contains RIP-Seq fold enrichment values and RBP-RNA association testing results for all 5,760 genes in the testable set.
