Significant GO terms for the four genotypes

Significant Gene Ontology (GO) terms for the four - SC, T1, T2, T3 - genotypes. In the file SC-GOterms-up, all significant up-regulated GO terms in the SC phenotype are listed and ranked by -log(p-value). If a listed GO term is also significant in another phenotype, up- or down-regulated, its -log(p-value) is also given. Similarly for the other files.
