When opened in R or Rstudio and knitted into a .html file, it automatically calls input data "merged_valid_filtered_classified_nonhuman_10000_valid.RDS" and color dictionary "Dictionary_Genus.csv" (NOTE: all files need to be located in the same folder) and runs all the analysis from Figure 1 to 4 as well as Supplementary Figure 1 and 2.
