The raw data includes the economic costs of programs to compensate and prevent large carnivore damage in Europe and associated socio-economic correlates. The data have been compiled from the literature and official databases from the organizations responsible of compensation and prevention programs.
Along with the raw data we provide METADATA files with the information about each variable present in the data set. For details about the methods we refer to the original publication.
