ECOPICS Project : Earthworm Survey 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.15m soil monolith.

Field campaign October-November 2017

Each soil monolith was hand sorted in the field to collect earthworms. Earthworm survey was done by Isabelle Barois and José Carlos Pimentel.

Each monolith has a unique name made of :

Altitudinal level : from 3400 to 4400 (every 200 m)

Plot Number : from 1 to 30

Species names: Tree, Pinus hartwegii; Shrub,Oxylobus arbutifolius/Chianolaena lavandulifolia and; herb, Lupinus monticola/Senecio roseus.
