Differential gene expression analysis using GFOLD

The RNA sequencing of C. truncatum samples was carried out and Generalized Fold Change (GFOLD) algorithm was used to study differential gene expression of various samples in absence of replicates. The in vitro samples were compared among each other: APR (appresorial assay) vs. PDA (potato dextrose agar) and APR vs. CZ (Czapeck's medium). In vivo samples of C. annum were compared at 24 and 72 hours post inoculation (hpi) with control samples at 0 hpi.
