demographic.txt / demographic_ctl.txt = demographics for athletes. Col(1) = age, col(2) = sex, col(3) = history of concussion, col(4) = contact exposure (coded as 1=non-contact, 2=contact, 3=collision)
global_mean_[parameter].txt = global mean values of MRI parameters, including cerebral blood flow (CBF) in mL/100g/min, fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (FALFF), fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) (values multiplied x10^3). For all files, col(1) = beginning of season, col(2) = end of season, col(3) = 1 month afterwards, col(4) = next beginning of season follow-up.
hooper_index_score.txt = total Hooper's Index scores, denoting severity of self-reported overtraining symptoms. For this file, col(1) = beginning of season, col(2) = end of season, col(3) = 1 month afterwards, col(4) = next beginning of season follow-up.
*NB: entries with "NaN" denote missing values.
