The 27 tet(X4)-bearing plasmid sequences and 1 tet(X6)-bearing ICE sequence were deposited here for reference. The Nanopore long reads were shared for understanding the tandem repeats of tet(X4). Also, 26 whole genome sequences assembled by Illumina short-read data were shared here.
