Quality of drinking water in southwestern Uganda

These data sets are for research on drinking water samples collected from open wells, boreholes, protected springs, taps and bottled water in Uganda. qGIS was used to draw the survey map and GPS coordinates are in the MS Excel document. Calculations were done in excel i.e. Mean, SEM and the T-tests. Graphs were generated using GraphPad prism 6. The satellite file was taken form Sentinel -2.
