High resolution 1250hz eye tracking data from an experiment on continuous upright and inverted face detection in both background and no-background conditions. 56 subjects participated in 72 sessions in total in 3 different experiments of 24 sessions. Each session had 4000 trials split into 8 blocks of 500 trials in one of the four different experimental conditions: {upright, inverted} x {scene, no scene}. There are 96,000 trials in each experiment.

Experiment 1: Full screen eccentricities, unblended faces
Experiment 2: 4 degree eccentricities, unblended faces
Experiment 3: 4 degree eccentricities, blended faces

Data includes Matlab data files with de-identified subject numbers, image properties, blending properties, eye data according to stimulus onsets (raw sample data, saccade reaction times, saccade accuracies, pupil sizes, microsaccades, eccentricities, polar angles, etc).

There are three experimental files according to three experiments:

martin_zap_experiment1.mat (Experiment 1)
martin_zap_experiment2.mat (Experiment 2)
martin_zap_experiment3.mat (Experiment 3)

There is also a Matlab utility script for selecting portions of the data named selectIndices.m

The data was finalized on October 2, 2018. Please make sure your downloaded files each have the following corresponding md5sum:
