modified on 2020-02-19, 17:58 In brief, the transcriptome of Rocket (Eruca sativa) seeds packaged and flown to space ('Space') are compared to seeds packaged and not flown to space ('Earth') and unpackaged seeds not flown to space ('Earth-WS'). Dry seeds from these treatments were also artificially aged using a controlled artificial aging treatment (CAAT), and the effect of this treatment on the transcriptome is also investigated.
