Genomic selection of agronomic traits in hybrid rice using an NCII population

These are the data analyzed in the paper entitled "Genomic selection of agronomic traits in hybrid rice using an NCII population”. The file has two R workspaces. The first workspace named “genotype” stores the genomic data consisted of 2561889 SNPs from the 120 rice varieties. The second workspace named “phe” is the field data of eight traits.
