Evolution of vertebrate melatonin receptors

We have revised the evolutionary history of melatonin receptor genes (mtnr) in vertebrates.

We provide alignments and the corresponding PhyML files for each tree presented in the study: "New insights into the evolutionary history of melatonin receptors in vertebrates, with particular focus on teleosts."
