Cryo-electron tomography of anterograde IFT trains in cilia of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii wild-type, ift139-2 and dhc1b-3 (as stated in the file name of each figure). Each figure shows tomographic sections through the structure of one train at the IFT-dynein (A and A') and IFT-A (B and B') levels. The corresponding positions of particle picking (green) used to generated subtomogram averages is indicated.
