This is a Plink binary files consisting of .ped and .fam. The SNPs were generated at Diversity Array Technology (DArT). Also uploaded is the original data from DArT. The data supports conclusions in the article "Genetic connectivity of the sky emperor, Lethrinus mahsena populations across a gradient of exploitation rates in coastal Kenya".
