Warming underpins community turnover in temperate freshwater and terrestrial communities

We have provided 5 scripts written in R language. Scripts from 1 to 4 are for to download GBIF data, to process the data. The 5th script is to generate the figures and tables presented in the manuscript. Additionally, we have provided the processed community level data that will be required to produce the figures and tables. The original community data came from several sources including BioTime, RivFishTime, EPA lakes, BDM, Swiss lake data and Swill insect data. Part of data is under license therefore cannot be shared but can be obtained from the data providers.
