The use of Gabor Convolution Network which is involved in incorporating Gabor filters into Deep Convolution Neural Network (DCNN) in improving how the deep learning features resist orientation and the changes in the scale.

The model was tested using Cifar10 data set and proved very effective and efficient in retrieving images. The outcome of the experiments indicated that the algorithm retrieved different classes of image effectively using different color space.
