modified on 2017-10-30, 01:53 R code to find minimum number of species required to meet threshold ecosystem function over different spatial scales.
For each crop, there is code to calculate number of species required for the observed data, and also code to calculate species required under the null model where all species within a site have equal function (functional evenness).
This code runs using the provided species function tables and geographic distance matrices. Required R packages are plyr, reshape, and gaoptim.
