ILLUSTRATIONS AND GRAPHICS FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Understanding that the delivery of information and learning is often best served visually, technical and contextual illustrations and graphics are a hallmark of many WEDC resources and are available here for downloading under a Creative Commons licence. Technical illustrations are schematic representations of infrastructure relating, principally, to water, sanitation and hygiene in low- and middle-income countries. Contextual illustrations are those which describe a scene or situation but do not necessarily convey technical information.
