ILLUSTRATIONS AND GRAPHICS FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Understanding that the delivery of information and learning is often best served visually, technical and contextual illustrations and graphics are a hallmark of many WEDC resources and are available here for downloading under a Creative Commons licence. Technical illustrations are schematic representations of infrastructure relating, principally, to water, sanitation and hygiene in low- and middle-income countries. Contextual illustrations are those which describe a scene or situation but do not necessarily convey technical information.

ABOUT WEDC, LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY

The Water, Engineering and Development Centre (WEDC) is one of the world's leading education and research institutes for developing knowledge and capacity in water and sanitation for sustainable development and emergency relief.
