TsNAC1 ChIP-on-chip

Published on by can liu
The Heterologous expression TsNAC1 lines of Arabidopsis were used as the materials. Input (whole cell extract) and ChIP DNA were labelled with Cy3- and Cy5-labelled random 9-mers, respectively. Labelled DNA was mixed and hybridized to the NimbleGen ATH6 Minimal Promoter Array, which is a single array design containing all known well-characterized promoter regions (from -1200 bp to +300 bp surrounding the transcription start sites (TSSs)) of Arabidopsis and including 385,000 probes. Scanning was performed with the Axon GenePix 4000B microarray scanner (Axon Instruments, USA)
