Mix and match - A simulation study on the impact of mixed-treatment comparison methods on health-economic outcomes

Published on by Pepijn Vemer
Decision-analytic cost-effectiveness (CE) models combine many parameters, often obtained after meta-analysis. In this study we aimed to compare the performance of standard methods of MTC when applied to different types of model parameters, especially with respect to their impact on health-economic (HE) outcomes. We answered this question, by performing a simulation study. The simulation outcomes, as well as the software used to perform the data are shown here.
