Source data to accompany publication titled "A Phase II Trial of the JAK-Inhibitor Ruxolitinib with Exemestane for Estrogen Receptor Positive, Aromatase Inhibitor Resistant, Advanced Breast Cancer". This set includes the STATA file for baseline clinical features as well as genotype, estrogen, and inflammatory biomarkers. Additional files include source data for AE's and pharmacodynamic analysis of pSTAT3 and pSTAT5. These data support the analyses and conclusions in the manuscript.
