Representative scanned pathology slides from 9 patients with low-grade neuroepithelial tumors harboring FGFR2 gene fusions and epigenetically aligning with polymorphous low-grade neuroepithelial tumor of the young (PLNTY). Included are hematoxylin and eosin stained sections and CD34 immunohistochemical stains from the 9 cases. These were scanned on an Aperio digital slide scanner, and the .SVS files can be viewed using the freely downloadable ImageScope software from Leica Biosystems.
