Questionnaires and datasets from 'The Vicious Worm' educational workshops conducted in the three study arms of the CYSTISTOP project, in the Eastern Province of Zambia - see https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02612896 . Assessment quizzes were performed with primary school students immediately before ('pre') and after ('post') an educational session using 'The Vicious Worm', and then approximately 12 months later ('follow up').
