Behavioral and neural variability of naturalistic arm movements

Published on by Steven Peterson
Dataset includes intracranial recordings from 12 human subjects, each over several days, as they performed thousands of spontaneous arm movements. We have aligned movement events to the recorded electrocorticography (ECoG) data to generate ECoG segments centered around movement events, along with behavioral metadata for each movement event. These data files are structured using the MNE-Python format for epoched data. Our Github code (https://github.com/BruntonUWBio/naturalistic_arm_movements_ecog) can be used with this dataset to generate the figures in our paper.
